Currently, we are in search of a Head of Finance for our Pumps Parts Retrofit (PPR) division to strategically partner and oversee results, aligning with forecasts, budgets, our growth plans throughout the EMEA region.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Collaborate as a strategic partner to the Head of Operations PPR EMEA region.
Support and assess growth plan and profitability improvement initiatives
Facilitate Sales forecast alignment for the spare parts and retrofit business, bridging operational capacity and demand, providing a comprehensive view of expected results.
Drive operational improvement topics together with the business manager.
Provide a meaningful month-end performance analysis versus forecast, budget, and the prior year for effective comprehension and retention.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Accounting qualification or a high-level degree.
Over 5 years of experience in a senior controlling position.
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, MSDAX, etc.
Skills in people management and office tools.
Willingness to travel.

Effective communication and analytical abilities.
